A contract strategy is very important for implementation in investment projects. A contract strategy is a scheme for distributing risks and expertise for the implementation of an investment and construction project.
From this video you will learn:
• About the distribution of risks between the parties in the project,
• About the main contract strategies (DBB (Design-Bid-Built), EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), EPCM (Engineering Procurement Construction Management), Alliance),
