Hey, what's up guys! Welcome back. You're watching 4U Tech. OxygenOS is an amazing operating system, but its launcher currently doesn’t provide a dedicated setting to disable the left-swipe Google Discover feed feature. Most of us want to either disable it completely or replace it with something like the OnePlus Shelf. Thanks to a OnePlus Reddit user who finally found a working solution. I’ve added the link of that post in the description. We can now either disable the Google Discover feed from the OxygenOS launcher or replace it with the OnePlus Shelf.
step-by-step, easy guide on how you can disable the Google Discover feed and can replace it with the OnePlus Shelf without root access.

🔥By using this mod all OnePlus devices running with OxygenOS 16 can disable Google discover feed page and can add oneplus shelf instead using PC or using simple LADB method.

/ remove_google_discover_instructions
⏩Commands:( use same commands for PC& LADB APP)
NOTE: For PC method after each command you need to reboot your device
1) Disable discover feed:
adb shell settings put secure
assistant_screen_type 0
adb shell settings put secure assistant_screen_type_left_enable 0
2)To add Oneplus Shelf:
adb shell settings put secure assistant_screen_type 1
adb shell settings put secure assistant_screen_type_left_enable 1
3)To get back Google Discover:
adb shell settings put secure assistant_screen_type 2
adb shell settings put secure assistant_screen_type_left_enable 1
