Yesterday, a rumour started circulating in the CBAM community regarding possible limits on reporting actual emissions. A rumour that would have a significant impact on the future of CBAM and especially India and China.
This could have implications not only for importers, but also for non-EU suppliers whose emission reduction efforts might not be fully recognised.
