Cement silo of the EUROSILO series of welded structure produced by the machine-building enterprise "Stroymechanika" is intended for receiving cement from a cement truck, storing and delivering it along a screw conveyor to the section for preparing concrete mixture. They are used in production lines and in the manufacture of concrete products.
To control the cement level in the silos, lower and upper level sensors are installed, and the silos are equipped with SILOTOP bag filters manufactured by WAMGROUP (Italy) with a pulse blowing system of filter elements, which has both remote and local control. The bag filter is installed on the upper platform of the silo and serves to clean the dusty air coming out of the silo when loading cement.
The loading of cement into the silo is carried out through a pneumatic cement pipeline; to ensure non-stop supply of material, an aeration system is installed in the lower (conical) part of the silo.
Unloading of cement from the silo is carried out by a screw conveyor of the "VK" series.
The support frame, tank and other parts of the silos are made of high quality steel and covered with a protective coating against corrosion. This allows you to work in any climatic conditions and guarantees their durability. The capacity of the cement silo is made of steel with a thickness of 4-6 mm.
