2) Avatar into Colossus Smash
3) Thunderous Roar
4) Rend
5) Mortal Strike
6) Ignore Pain
into our normal single target rotation.
During Colossus Smash we want to spend as much Rage as possible.
This gives us a bigger Test of Might Buff and reduces the Cooldown of Colossus Smash by a lot.

You want to extend the Hurricane buff just before it expires, so be mindful of that!
