CamStudio Vista Waveout Error

Vista and CamStudio don't mix very well when it comes to audio. It really doesn't as some people get a Waveout error when trying to record from speakers in CamStudio.
This is a video on how to get CamStudio to record audio from speakers.
Note... This video has NO text at all and you MUST have Annotations on in order to see the instructions.
Also another thing, near the end when I click on cancel, the audio gets really loud and sounds like a dieing speaker, no clue why CamStudio decided to BS me at the end.
The Steps in detail are as follows.
1. You have determined that CamStudio is being arrogant about not recording from speakers and you mostly get static. So you decided to watch this video.
2. First off, check that CamStudio has Audio from Speakers checked first. Or you can do it later, it doesn't matter.
3. Now, go to your volume control thingy (near the clock) and RIGHT click on it. You should see Recording Devices. Click on it.
4. You should get a control panel. Now... right where the interface where it gives details on connected recording devices, RIGHT CLICK in an empty spot (not on any of the recording things though) and then select EVERY THING. You MUST display Disconnected and Disabled devices.
5. Afterwords, hopefully you get AudioMix or StereoMix or something like that, for me it was WaveOut Mix. It's pretty much the same thing.
6. You should hear something really bad from my video (if your watching it). CamStudio at this point decides to be gay with my video.
7. Now try recording a video with CamStudio, your audio should be recorded with your video, at the end it will compress the audio and combine the audio and video.
