In this video I've stumbled across a gem of a free software synthesizer. I am old enough to remember the Korg Trident and I wouldn't have the space in the studio for one these days. It's a good job that Full Bucket Music have provided a software emulation in Tricent MKIII. This is very close sounding to the original and worth checking out, considering it is free.

The Tricent MKIII consists of three modules. A synth module, one for brass and another for strings. Combined they can provide some really beefy sounds and harken back to the 80s. It is perfect to create your next Synthwave track.
