Microsoft Teams Quick Start Guide - Resource Accounts
This video demonstrates how to set up a resource account in the Microsoft Teams admin center. This video also goes over how to assign a phone number to a resource account via PowerShell.
Resource accounts are disabled user accounts that are used to represent system resources. After you create resource accounts in Teams, you can then assign them to voice features such as call queues and auto attendants.
