Does Pair & Share Count As Hotspot Data?

Since you're sharing your mobile data with other devices, regardless of it not happening over your phone's built-in Personal Hotspot feature, you ARE sharing your data, so it counts as a Hotspot or Tethering to your Provider - this means that Pair & Share is only available to you if your Phone Data Plan allows for Hotspot and Tethering.
