Woman Gets Stuck in a Pit and Has One of Her Boots Pulled Off (Movie Scene) [White Socks]
Alex Reid plays Mercer in the 2002 film Arachnid. In this scene, she falls into a pit where something grabs her foot. Eventually she's freed by her companions, but not before the thing in the pit (a giant spider) is able to pull her boot off of her foot.
She's left in one boot and one white sock, which obviously is dirty from the pit and the jungle floor. She contemplates continuing on with just one boot and one sock on, before her companion steps in and reaches into the pit to grab her boot back.
Some weird continuity errors here as a machine gun is fired into the pit, but doesn't damage the boot. Another error where the cast seemingly seems a spider almost bite a reaching hand, but still ask, what could have pulled her boot off?
Anyway, this is a fun scene in a very campy horror movie that I hope gets some more recognition.
