Black and white portrait editing |
I love shooting B&W! Black and white is a great way to add drama and mystery to a photo, allowing your eyes to focus on exactly what the photographer intends. For close-up portraits I try and keep my editing workflow simple and efficient. There is definitely more you can do in the editing process than what I show here, but when you aren't shooting for a specific client that is paying you for a certain look, this workflow is perfect for me.
I've learned a lot more about photoshop over the years but have mostly used Lightroom. PS really gives you more horsepower to send your photography to another level that Lightroom just can't do.
