Start the installation and follow step by step instruction in this video tutorial. Check or uncheck specific components to include or exclude in the PostgreSQL installation. Set up installation path, database files path, port number, geographical location and the password. Once the installation is complete, confirm installation success by logging in to the database server. In this tutorial, we installed PostgreSQL 17 on our Windows computer.
