Solution 1: when you’re trying to download profile follow the below steps:

Click in the top right-hand corner where it highlights sign in!
Over there you will get a new window then click on create one option just below email option. After that fill appropriate information of your email, name, phone etc
NOTE: If you are using a non-Microsoft email address like @ gmail.com or @ yahoo.com, then you will have to verify that you can access that email account usuage before you’re allowed to use Microsoft services.
Then goto xbox and then click download profile option.
Now you’ll be asked to enter email and password. Enter the login detail of account you just created.
