Affinity Photo and Topaz Studio Plugin
Topaz Labs normally make Photoshop Plugins which they charge for. They do have a free sampler set called the Topaz Studio. This collection has a big selection of filters you can use as a standalone program or as a plugin within Affinity Photo.
A Plugin is an extra program/app that was designed for Photoshop as a plugin, but it can also (in most cases) be used by other programs like Affinity Photo. The most famous free plugin is the Nik Collection but this Topaz Studio plugin is also well worth trying as well.
