Enable or disable user Digital Certificate Logon
Users are allowed to use Digital Certificates for logon authentication with the GSW SSH Server for Windows1.
Some environments may want to restrict this capability and not allow Digital Certificate Logons.
This can be controlled by the registry key bEnableLogonCertificate.
