Scored a hat trick in 16 seconds as a freshman in my high school league back in 2015. Article was taken down so I managed to grab an archive and reupload:

Vestal's record-fast rookie
By Mike Peal
Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) There are a lot of things you can do in 16 seconds. Vestal freshman hockey player Connor Jurgensen just likes to score goals.
"I looked down, tightened my skate, looked back up and we were up by three," said Ryan Reese.
"It seemed like every time we dropped the puck, he was putting it in the net," fellow teammate Brandon Lindaman said.
On January 24, Connor did something you rarely see: he scored three goals in a row.
"I got to the bench and I thought about it," said Jurgensen. "I realized I scored three goals in the same shift."
They call that a natural hat trick.
"After the game, we looked at the score sheet and we saw the times on the score sheet," said head coach Bruce Barney. "We were like, holy smoke, that was fast!"
Connor scored three goals in just 16 seconds.
"We looked online and looked at the NHL record and it was 21 seconds," Barney said. "Wow, that's pretty neat."
Connor's three goals topped the record for the fastest natural hat trick in NHL history. Chicago Blackhawk Bill Mosienko set the record in 1952 by scoring in 21 seconds.
"It just feels great to know I was able to do something that is very rare and doesn't happen often," said Jurgensen.
