How To Fix Fortnite Epic Games Launcher White Screen Bug
If you turned on your Epic Games Launcher and found that you are greeted with a white screen, or some kind of gibbled interface, then this easy tutorial will help you to get your Epic Games Launcher back to normal.
Basically what we are going to do is delete the web cache folder and force the program to reload all of the data that is in the interface for the Epic Games Launcher program.
The steps to follow are laid out below:
1. Exit the Epic Games Launcher program.
2. Open a Windows Explorer window by pressing the Windows key plus E on your keyboard and paste the following directory location into the address bar (make sure to change [username] into your username on your computer).
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved\webcache
3. Select all the files in the directory by pressing CTRL+A on your keyboard.
4. Press the delete key to delete all the files in the directory.
5. Start the Epic Games Launcher and allow the program to run.
