Explore Machairas Trail
This time we hike through the heroic mountains of Grigoris Afxentiou in an 18km trail with more than 450m elevation.
We passed through the hideout, did a stop in the Machairas monastery for some lemonade and treats from the monks and on the way back we reached the Filani lake for a cool down swim.
This trail is moderate in difficulty andhighly recommended.
