Disable this group policy settings.
1.in the run type 'gpedit.msc'
2. Under computer configuration, click 'administrative template'
3. Click on 'system '
4. Click 'trouble shooting and diagnostic'
5. Click 'disk diagnostic '
6. Click disk diagnostic 'configure execution level '
7. Select 'disabled' and apply ok.
8. Restart computer.
