Limit Scroll Area on Worksheet - Excel
If you have that need to limit users ability to scroll around a worksheet, you can either use the Developer tab setting (it's not as scary as it sounds) or use the hide rows and column features. Both ways will give your users the impression that they can only stay within a confined area of the spreadsheet. Here's an Excel #shorts video to show you how.
