Upgrading 2010 SolidWorks Network License Manager
How to upgrade/install the SolidWorks 2010 Network License Manager
1. Uninstall any previous version using Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs
2. Browse the DVD or download directory to swlicmgr folder and launch Setup.exe
3. Install license manager, enter network serial number(s)
4. Launch license manager and activate license
Remember that the 2010 license manager IS backward compatible with previous client versions of SolidWorks
