I recommend crimping your own connectors if you are going to replace the heater cartridge. A soldered joint might fail. You can always reuse the old cartridge.

I adapt an all metal heatbreak that was originally designed for Biqu H2 hotend. It will stick out an extra 3.5mm unless cut down. Nothing wrong with leaving it long - it should still work, you would just need to adjust the part cooling fan and bed leveling sensor a bit.

I also did some experiments with a copper block and CHT nozzle.
