The door handle on the front door is actually installed backwards with the thumb latch handle on the inside instead of the exterior.

During the magic show, Wanda is first seen with earrings, then without, and finally with them again without any indication of her taking them off or putting them on.

When Vision is seen attached to a rope, Wanda is actually cranking the same way to lift and lower Vision.

When Vision flies in the house during On A Very Special Episode, his right foot actually disappears as he comes back down to the ground.
Number 5
When Monica is getting ready to enter the Hex, she is first seen with a cap on under her helmet, but the cap magically disappears when she reaches the barrier.
