How to Duplicate a Page in Notion – Simple Notion Tutorial for Beginners
In today's video, I'm going to teach you how to duplicate a page in Notion. This is a simple Notion tutorial designed for beginners, so let's get started.
First things first, you'll need to open the Notion app or go to the Notion website on your computer. Once you're logged in, navigate to the left-hand sidebar of your workspace where all your pages and documents are listed. Here, traverse through your list to find the specific page you want to duplicate. It's essential to ensure you're duplicating the correct page, so take a moment to double-check that you've selected the right one. If you're dealing with an abundant list of pages, you might find it convenient to use the search function at the top to quickly locate your desired page.
Once you've opened the page, look towards the upper-right corner of the screen. Here, you will notice an icon featuring three horizontal dots, often referred to as the ‘ellipsis’ or the more actions menu. This menu houses various options associated with managing your page. Go ahead and click on it. Don’t worry if you’re unsure; the icon is quite easy to spot.
Clicking on this menu will reveal a dropdown list of options. Scroll through these selections until you find the ‘Duplicate’ option. This feature is designed specifically to create a copy of the page you’re currently viewing. Once you spot it, click on ‘Duplicate’. This is a straightforward process, but should you accidentally select the wrong option, consider using the undo function or simply go back to the page and try again.
