Part 2/3 - Ontour 2.2 DIY Modifications for Comfortable Living
Part 2 - This video shows many of the modifications we have made to our 2022 Ontour 2.2. 'B' interiors are in many cases very similar and these ideas could apply to other manufactures RV's. Many are simple and others require woodworking skills and tools. In any case these modifications have made the using the new RV much more enjoyable. Hope they will give you some ideas of what you can do.
NOTE: The USB circuit that I added a 12 vdc outlet to is a 5 amp circuit. Fine for LIGHT loads like the 1 amp fan I run in summer.
Note: On the weBoost install where the cable comes through the back door I needed to put a drip loop in the cable (ie: a low point). Having the cable go directly into the RV rain water can flow down the cable and into the RV.
