How to Create Telegram channel
Hello again, in this video we will talk about how to create a telegram channel.
If you are a telegram user you can create a channel for you where you can broadcast public message share videos and photos to large number of people.
When you create a channel, you can get unlimited number of subscribers, your posts, messages are signed with the channels name not yours.
So, how to do that, watch the video to get the answer.
At first, you need to have a Telegram account, it is pretty easy to have one by signing up with your phone number, you will receive code, insert the code and choose name for your account.
Now go the upper right corner and click on this icon. Here you see three options, to create group, add contact and create a new channel so select it.
Click on create channel, now start adding the information regarding your channel. Like name from here. Add description to your channel to highlight the policies of the channels or to determine the nature of this channel,
it is optional but it can help as a kind of promotion to your channel. then click next.
Now you have the choice to make your channel private or public but what is difference?
Public channel has a username, you need to have one to share it with others to be able to join you. Besides, any one can find your channel by searching for it.
Private, on the other hand, looks like a closed community where no body can find you unless you add him or share with him the invitation link.
So if you click on share link, you will share it with your friends on telegram. You can also copy this link and put the link in other social media where interested people can join to your channel using the link.
Select next, here you can add your friends whom are telegram users or you can just click next to continue.
Now you have a telegram channel. A click on this bar will lead you the edit page.
You can search for posts comments etc from here. this one to make voice chat in the channel, and the last one to mute or unmute the notifications.
You can assign demonstrators from here, in other word, you can add admins to help you in managing the channel. Subscribers are listed here and you can also add them from here too.
The last choice to remove members so when you click remove user you can search for him and delete him by clicking on his name.
If you want to make modifications to your channel, click on edit,
Now you can change the channel photo, name, description, and privacy. To make groups or to discuss something use discussion and if you would like to add your telegram name a signature of your posts, activate this option.
