iPad -R&W Word Prediction in Canvas
The Read&Write (R&W) app is loaded on all 4J iPads. R&W provides a robust onscreen predictive keyboard that can be used in any app or website students do their writing. Students can use their spelling skills to type words and word choices will appear based on what is typed out. Students can listen to the word choices to help identify and select their desired words accurately. Students can quickly listen to their typed work read back to them using the built-in text-to-speech tool. This strategy is recommended for reviewing and editing.
