Follow this step by step tutorial to offset an image in Krita using the Image Tab and Offset Image tool. Great for creating seamless textures, patterns, and repeatable designs.
Instruction:
(1) Open your image or project in Krita.
(2) From the top menu, click on Image.
(3) In the dropdown menu, select Offset Image.
(4) A dialog box will appear where you can set the Horizontal Offset and Vertical Offset values to shift your image.
(5) Check the Wrap Around option if you want the edges to flow seamlessly, ideal for textures or patterns.
(6) Preview the result and adjust the values until the image looks the way you want.
(7) Click OK to apply the offset.
(8) Save or export your file when finished.
