Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA)’s mission to deliver high-quality, award-winning vehicles featuring style, technology, and outstanding value continued in 2024 as both quarterly and annual sales increased. The brand concluded Q4 at 27,125 sales, an increase of 38.4% on a year-over-year (YOY) basis. Annual sales of 109,843 represented an increase of 25.8%, the brand’s best sales performance since 2019, as every model across the Mitsubishi range posted full-year sales increases. Topping the charts, Outlander and Outlander Plug-in Hybrid both posted best-ever annual sales for the nameplates.
”The right lineup of vehicles, targeted squarely at the segments consumers are shopping today, has delivered Mitsubishi Motors a strong year, all led by our flagship Outlander and Outlander Plug-in Hybrid models,” said Mark Chaffin, MMNA’s president and CEO. “This year’s sales performance shows the company’s commitment to balancing our model offering and our value proposition, combining technology and customer choice with an outstanding dealer-partner network across the U.S. With the new 2025 Outlander debuting next month, this momentum is set to continue into the New Year.”
