NO TOOLS Mossberg 500 Mag Tube Dowel Removal
Today on Bear Independent we're providing a simple solution to removing the dowel in the Mossberg 500 shotgun magazine tube- with NO TOOLS! This is extremely important for SHTF WROL TEOTWAWKI so that you have the appropriate number of rounds loaded, as well as for pest control and homestead defense around the farm. Luckily I can show you how to get the dowel out of the mag tube with no tools.
The Mossberg 500 is my favorite shotgun model, and I think it speaks volumes that the US Military adopted the Mossberg 500 as the modified Mossberg 500A1 and Mossberg 590A1. Having a 12 gauge shotgun around the homestead or for SHTF WROL TEOTWAWKI is not a recommendation- it is mandatory.
Ultimately, I don't think that there is a better shotgun than the Mossberg 500, but this magazine tube removal issue is stupid- turns out you don't need to remove the magazine tube- you just need to shake it to get the dowel out! That stupid little dowel in the mazazine tube just shakes out- and Viola! no more dowel in the magazine tube in the Mossberg 500! You need NO TOOLS to get he dowel out of the magazine tube!
