Winter Tag is a passive ability that allows creatures with it to be immune to most winter effects except for slowness.
Iron Stomach is a passive ability that allows creatures with it to eat rotten food without getting the Sickness debuff. The passive ability does not make creatures with it immune to the damage caused by eating rotten food.
Sickness is a debuff inflicted upon creatures that eat rotten food and do not have Iron Stomach. The debuff has three stages, much like Necro Poison, and it gets more dangerous the higher the level, level three being the most dangerous. It can be healed off by sitting, sleeping, or cowering (I'm not sure if cowering actually heals off the debuff).
