I (the host of the TV program "The Warrior's Path") had a long friendship with World Sambo Champion Alexander FEDOROV (which, incidentally, is evident from the Channel's content). Alexander Sergeyevich was, among other things, a regular contributor to the "Self-Defense Lessons" series. And this material is only a small part of what I managed to preserve and discover.
