It feels like FOREVER since Cyberpunk 2077 was released, and the PC world went ablaze - now, not only has CD Project Red apologized a million times, but they have discovered a very rare confidence, to actually EXPAND Cyberpunk 2077 with an expansion called: Phantom Liberty. This expansion will supposedly FIX most of the irritating problems that have plagued Cyberpunk 2077 since DAY ONE. So now there's a new problem...Will modern Handheld PC's be able to Handle Cyberpunk 2077's expansion: Phantom Liberty? Or will these poor handheld become fish out of water?
