The recording software Action took 6 fps + if you turn off v-sync, you gain extra 4 fps, since you don't need v-sync if you got screen with g-sync or freesync premium, plus this game is capped to 60 fps, means every singel, even old screen with 60Hz won't have screen flickering. :D
