This is an original recording of a song called Good Night that I had planned to release on the follow-up to Pulse (2006). I never had a chance to play this one live.
The songs i was writing at the time were more aggressive. Trip-hop was an inspiration. I was listening to a lot of Bjork, Massive Attack, Portishead. I used distorted beats often and hard beats. Darker strings..more haunting than anything. I was listening to quite a bit of darker music as well.
I do plan on releasing a short EP of the songs I recorded from 2006-2010 in which this song will be a part of it. It's dark and grungy, distorted and fuzzy. Beats are heavy. Enjoy.
