The National Socialist Council of Nagaland (Isak-Muivah) has warned Arambai Tenggol about mistreating Christians in Manipur. Since the Meitei-Kuki-Zo conflict began last May, the NSCN-IM has stayed neutral but closely monitored events. They accused Arambai Tenggol of holding extreme views and practicing violent extremism, threatening peace and tolerance. The NSCN-IM stated they would protect Christians in Manipur, highlighting Arambai Tenggol's significant hostility towards them.
