GTA 5 PC Social Club Offline Fix
This issue usually stems from using the mod manager, if you have installed mods using it and want to play online, you must turn off ALL mods and then do what is described in this video!
This is a short tutorial on how to fix your social club logging into offline mode and you not being able to change it.
