Prime rib is a delicious cut of beef, perfect to enjoy over the holidays. However, it’s an expensive joint, so you don’t want to get it wrong. Here’s my quick prime rib recipe, showing you how to cook it in the oven at home.
I also cover the temperature (in celsius and fahrenheit) and cooking times for medium well and medium rare cooked prime rib roast. Serve with your favourite roast vegetables and enjoy sliced into ribeye steak.
Using a thermometer, for medium rare, aim for a temperature of 57c/135f. For medium, aim for 65c/150f.
