EASY PUREE TORTILLA
Do you have leftover mashed potatoes? It's a... Tortilla Bomba! Make this incredible mashed potato tortilla filled with ham and cheese.
📌You'll need:
🔥Mashed potatoes
🔥Salt (optional cheese)
🔥3 tablespoons of cornstarch
🔥1 egg
🔥Filling: ham/cheese/mozzarella
📌Just add the salt, cornstarch, and egg to the mashed potatoes and mix.
📌Frying pan with oil and add a layer of the mixture, then add the filling and cover with more mixture.
📌Cook for a few minutes on both sides and it's ready.
