Extra notes:
Barbara and Mona only exist for hydro application and hydro card. Mona's shield and fast action can also be useful. Otherwise they are both fodder
Be careful of using Barbara's skill as it grants your own characters hydro
Almost never play for using Barbara or Mona ult. The only reason I did was to stall for better cards
