This is what I personally would change about it:

Voice doesn't match with his mouth movement

You cut too early to this clip, given you already have a j cut at the start, I would do a normal rough cut to this clip after the voice line ends. Also I would trim the first part so that the doctor instantly walks into frame.

Add the "im sorry about that honey" clip before the previous clip of the doctor walking, then use the doctor clip while she says "oh here is the doctor".
00:15
Cut this first 2 shots out, starting with the second clip of the doctor which currently starts at 00:18.

Voice doesn't match with the mouth movement again

Cut out the voice line of the man, but use the shot like you have it right now.
00:34 - 00:38
Somewhere here I would cut back to the doctor or woman

Stay longer on the doctor
