To align text in Google Docs, open your document at docs.google.com and highlight the text you want to align. Then go to the toolbar at the top and look for the alignment icons — they’re usually represented by small horizontal lines and can be found near the center or right side of the toolbar. You can choose from four options: Left align, Center align, Right align, or Justify. Simply click on the desired icon to apply that alignment to the selected text. For keyboard shortcuts, use Ctrl + Shift + L (left), E (center), R (right), or J (justify) on Windows — and Cmd + Shift + [key] on Mac. Aligning text properly helps make your document look clean, professional, and well-organized.
