Based on new legislation, Belgian organizations need to provide a minimum of days of training per year and track the completed training in the Federal Learning Account (FLA). Flexso Training Tracker is an SAP SuccessFactors extension that allows employees to easily consult their personal training balance, based on their learning data and job information from Employee Central. Training Tracker will also automatically synchronize their learning completions with the FLA, ensuring the organization meets the regulatory requirements.
