The Page RPM in Google Adsense refers to the amount of money you'll make for 1000 visitors. In reality, you can make as little as $1.19 for everyone 1000 people who visit your blog.
What About Impression RPM
Impression RPM is how much your site makes per 1000 people who see an ad. This is usually much lower than what your page is actually worth.
Industries Matter when it Comes to Pay
When it comes to Adsense, different industries will bid more or less in Adwords. This means your income will differ depending on the niche of the blog. For instance, health and fitness sites often make more than freelance writing blogs. This is because companies will often spend more money on bids and marketing in Adwords.
