Helping someone by keeping your mouth shut? You can do that by using the skill of ACTIVE LISTENING. In this video, we show how not to do it, but especially how to do it. We teach you various techniques so that you can help the narrator organize the story in terms of thoughts and feelings. We explain terms like OMA, NIVEA, and ANNA and how to apply them. ACTIVE LISTENING is something that seems very easy, but is actually very difficult.
