Sling and Sway with your baby!
Class will take place in our Education Space.
A gentle movement/dance class designed to get you moving in a safe fun way with your baby safely in a sling or baby carrier. Enjoy moving with your little one whilst helping your body regain strength and posture and improving your mental wellbeing. Release oxytocin to reinforce bonding with your baby. This is a stimulating class for babies' development through sound and movement.
Emma, our class leader has extensive dance training and teaching experience, including a Masters in Dance and a Peer Supporter Course in Baby Wearing. Emma will be able to support you to ensure your sling/baby carrier is correctly positioned prior to the class. Emma has also recently become a mum herself!
Classes are suitable for ages eight weeks onwards and are designed to be taken at your own pace for you and baby. Participants are encouraged to wear their little ones in slings or carriers (slings not provided).
FIRST CLASS FREE! - Newcomers can take part for FREE! Ticket price will reduce to zero in the basket after you've entered your customer details. Only available to customers who have not participated in this class previously.
