In this part, we'll finish shaping the outer hood with decrease rows and then crochet the famous decorative spots that bring the cobra to life. This video covers three key elements: finishing the hood, creating small teardrop-shaped spots, and making the larger "eye" spots.

If you prefer to use only a crochet hook, you can crochet the body part (shown in Part 2) instead of knitting it.
