How to run the GHSCI software from the command-line

How to use the command-line to run the open-source Global Healthy and Sustainable City Indicators software for calculating and reporting on policy and spatial indicators for healthy, sustainable cities worldwide using open or custom data.

The software can be used to configure study regions, conduct analysis, generate resources, and compare results in four ways, depending on preference: as a web app; as a notebook in Jupyter Lab; using command line arguments; and using Python. A full example Jupyter Notebook has been provided, and directions for opening this to follow along with the workflow are provided.

Docker Desktop is required to be installed and running to launch the software. For more directions, see:
