Drag and Drop Secure File Delete (SDelete + .bat file)

📝Note: Drag and drop on to the batch file doesn't work with certain filenames, see: https://stackoverflow.com/a/14787643.
In these cases, rename the file to be deleted or run SDelete from the command line without the batch file.
Alternatively, BleachBit for Windows is another good tool for shredding files: https://www.bleachbit.org/download
