I made it for dinner - potato pancakes with filling. I used chicken and mushrooms as the filling. Simply delicious. A simple recipe to please your family. All lovers of potato dishes and potato pancakes in particular will appreciate this recipe.
Potato pancakes with minced meat:
Potatoes - 5-6 pcs
Onions - 2 pcs
Eggs - 2 pcs
Flour - 4-5 tbsp
Sour cream - 2-3 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Filling:
Chicken fillet - 1 pc (boiled)
Champions - 100-130 g
Onions - 1 pc
Salt
Pepper
Cheese - 70-100 g
Oh, it turned out delicious. I highly recommend trying these delicious potato rolls with chicken and mushrooms, I personally was delighted. I love potatoes and often cook dishes with them.
